Movement instruction using the principles of Pilates and Functional Range Conditioning™

Movement is more than just exercise. It is influenced by our biological, sociological and psychological needs that vary during our lifetime. With this in mind, I look at the individual needs of each of my clients and consider the body in front of me as a whole. 


I have created a contemporary approach to movement that combines a few different complimentary disciplines and techniques: the subtle work of restorative movement, the principles of Functional Range Conditioning/Kinstretch, along with more dynamic and energetic movement principles of Pilates. This approach focuses on biomechanically efficient exercises that provide maximum results through precise alignment and controlled movements.
