One-on-one Training Sessions

1 \ Online Live Classes

Pilates - 55 minutes

This class meets you wherever you are on your fitness journey. An all level class that is challenging with a focus on joint mobility, stability, balance and strength.

Mobility - 55 minutes

Mobility is a group class using the principles of Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch developed by Dr. Andreo Spina. This class is different from other movement systems and practices in that it focuses on and prioritizes mobility over flexibility. It improves your usable ranges of motion that you may have the potential for but not necessarily be able to access currently. It is strength training for our joints. This class is meant to supplement your current training practice. The goal is to keep you moving “For the Sport of Life”. 

Schedule:

Pilates | Mondays at 11:30 am EST

Mobility | Tuesdays at 7:30 am EST

Drop in classes: $15 + HST | 10 for $150 + HST

Can't make the time but want to take the class? Sign up and I'll send you the video link so you can take the class on your own time. The link is valid for 24 hrs.

Cancelation Policy:

24 hours notice required to cancel your spot in the class.Late cancelations will be charged for the class and sent the video link for the class. Link valid for 24 hours.

Online Small Group Sessions

Work out with your friends online! Get online with 3 or 4 of your friends for your personal small group workout. Designed specifically for your group dynamic and all of your personal needs. Book on a day(s) or time(s) that works for your group at a great price. Please email to work out details.

Online Reformer Training Session

55 minute sessions designed specifically for you, on a day and time that works for your schedule. $95 per session + HST.
